The assembly began with a short prayer of gratitude. During the Prayer of the Faithful, symbols such as a ball, book, flowers, school bag, good health, and safety were presented, representing the gifts and experiences of the year. A beautiful hymn thanking God for nature and love was played, followed by an inspiring video on gratitude.

Sr. Sheron addressed the students and spoke about the importance of being thankful to God and to everyone around us. The assembly concluded with a spirit of gratefulness and joy.

She explained body growth, including changes in height, body shape, skin, and breast development. The girls were educated about the menstrual cycle, its purpose, hygiene practices, and how to manage discomfort. Emotional changes such as mood swings and sensitivity were also discussed, along with healthy habits like proper diet, exercise, and rest.

Sr. Vidya briefly and respectfully explained the female reproductive system and how conception occurs, ensuring the information was age-appropriate. She concluded by encouraging the girls to appreciate themselves, respect their bodies, and grow with confidence and positivity.

The session was informative, interactive, and empowering for all participants.

Sr. Vidya Pathare, a religious of Jesus and Mary conducted an informative session on12th February 2026 in the school hall for boys aged 12–14 years on the changes experienced during adolescence. She explained physical developments such as growth in height, voice changes, muscle development, body hair growth, and skin changes.

The session also addressed emotional changes, mood swings, and the importance of healthy habits like hygiene, balanced diet, exercise, and proper rest. An age-appropriate explanation of the male reproductive system and conception was given to promote understanding and responsibility.

The session helped the boys gain confidence, self-awareness, and a positive attitude towards growing up.

Speaking about the POCSO Act, 2012, she emphasized the protection of children below 18 years from sexual offences, harassment, and pornography. Sr. Vidya urged teachers to remain vigilant, observe behavioural changes in children, speak to them if they appear disturbed, and create a safe environment for them to share their concerns.

She concluded by encouraging everyone to stay alert, raise their voice against injustice, and work together to ensure a safe and respectful environment for women and children.

The Feast of St Claudine Thévenet was celebrated with deep devotion, joy, and gratitude in

our school on 2nd February 2026. The celebration began with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration on 31st January 2026, during which the entire school community gathered in prayer, thanksgiving, and unity, seeking God’s blessings and the intercession of our Mother Foundress, St Claudine Thévenet.

The day reminded us of the life and legacy of St Claudine, who taught the world the power of forgiveness, trust in God, and love for the young. The lighting of the Samai symbolised the light of faith that she carried even through moments of suffering and hardship.

The programme was enriched with meaningful performances that beautifully reflected her values and mission. A prayer dance and a musical skit brought alive the spirit of St Claudine, highlighting her courage, compassion, and unwavering faith. Through these presentations, students were inspired to practise everyday holiness by choosing kindness, forgiveness, and hope.

The Principal’s address encouraged everyone to follow the example of St Claudine by becoming instruments of love and goodness in society. The celebration concluded with a vibrant finale dance, expressing joy, unity, and thanksgiving for the blessings received.

The feast day was a memorable and spiritually enriching experience, leaving a lasting message in our hearts — that the story of St Claudine Thévenet continues through each one of us.

A creative skit was presented during the Penitential Rite, highlighting the importance of forgiveness and reconciliation, in keeping with the spirit of St Claudine. The Prayer of the Faithful was made more meaningful with selected sayings of St Claudine Thévenet, reminding everyone to trust in God and to live lives rooted in love and compassion.

The Holy Mass concluded with special prayers for the Sisters, expressing gratitude for their selfless service, guidance, and dedication to the mission of education and faith formation.

The Eucharistic Celebration was a profound moment of prayer and thanksgiving, leaving the congregation inspired to walk in the footsteps of St Claudine Thévenet, embracing forgiveness, hope, charity, and peace in daily life.

The program began with the lighting of candles lit by the students from the director of our school Sr.Sheron Pereira. A thanksgiving prayer service was conducted  for the students followed by a dance performance presented by the students of Std. IX.

Our outgoing batch of 2026 showed up  in their best  attire. The young ladies glowed in stylish saris whereas gentlemen carried themselves smartly in classic suits. Bracing themselves, the students walked on the ramp to participate for Master CJM  and Ms CJM Titles.

The Manager Sr. Agatha Pereira, the director of the SSc section Sr.Sheron  Pereira and the Sisters of the community along with the teachers blessed the students and wished them success in their future.

In nostalgia and reluctance, but with hope and aspiration, class 9 students bid adieu to their seniors and wished them luck for all they set out to do.

The assembly began with a meaningful Prayer Service. The students expressed their thankfulness towards the staff

and the Institution through symbols and songs. Few students shared their gratitude towards their Alma Mater.

In her address, Sr Sheron, wished the outgoing students luck for their SSC board exams and for their future endeavours. Sr Prudence made student introspect and be aware of their inner spirit and ask them to believe in themselves.

Students were educated on the theme:

“Road Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility”

The initiative aimed to spread awareness about safe driving practices and responsible road behaviour. The programme was graced by Mr. Mujawar Senior Police Inspector, who addressed students on the importance of following traffic rules: wearing helmets and seat belts, and driving with responsibility.  The officer and his team provided valuable information on road safety rules, importance of traffic signs and signals and also suggested tips for safe driving. He also discussed road traffic control measures and the importance of safety rules through videos. The session was interactive in which students actively participated. 

The initiative proved to be a valuable learning experience, instilling responsibility, civic sense, and a strong commitment towards safer roads among the students.

The Eucharist was celebrated by Fr. John Berkman, who led the congregation in a meaningful service. During the homily, the celebrant reminded the students of the importance of values like  gratitude, faith and perseverance. He encouraged them to carry these values with them as they face new challenges and opportunities in the coming years.

The Eucharistic celebration was accompanied by beautiful hymns sung by the school choir, enhancing the reverent and joyful atmosphere of the event. 

At the end of the Mass, a beautiful hymn was sung thanking the Lord  for all the help and blessings that we have received from Him. 

It was a beautiful reminder of the importance of faith, community, and personal growth as they prepare for the challenges and opportunities that await them in the next stage of their academic lives.
