Reconciliation for Staff
A reconciliation session was organized for the teaching and non-teaching staff on 25th June 2025. The resource person was Fr John Berkman, from Swarga Dwar Ashram, Taloja.
Fr Berkman explained to the staff the various aspects of human psyche and the various conflict strategies we employ in different situations. Father also discussed the importance of being self-aware in order to control our behaviour in various situations.
The session was interactive and staff participated in the discussions and group activities that helped them introspect about the conflict strategies they employ.
The session ended on a note of thanks.
