“Improving One’s Personality through Different Aspects of Life”
A Staff Orientation was held on 21st June, 2025 in the school hall.The session was conducted by Ms.Rowena Buthello emphasizing a holistic approach to growth by considering the various aspects of life—personal, social, emotional, and professional.
Mrs.Rowena Buthello effectively combined theory and practice to create an environment conducive to meaningful reflection and enjoyable participation.
To set a lively tone, the session began with fun warm-up activities and other interactive energizers. Throughout the orientation, staff members explored how different areas of life influence personality—how our values, mindset, communication style, and emotional awareness shape who we are and how we grow. Activities and discussions were designed to help each staff member reflect deeply on their personal journeys, recognize strengths, and identify areas for improvement.
The orientation concluded with positive takeaways, renewed motivation, and practical tips to carry forward into everyday life and work. It was indeed a memorable and impactful session, reminding everyone that personality is not fixed—it’s a continual journey of growth.
