Teachers’ Orientation Programme was conducted in CJM High School Kharghar, on 14 July 2023 and the topic for the day was “HEALTHY MIND CREATING HEALTHY MINDS ” conducted by our Rev. Fr.Ivon Almeida.
The session began with a meditation for three minutes followed by the topics importance of “Teachers Mind Stability and Sources of Energy from universe”. Father explained that Thought is nothing but a picture coming into our mind .He instructed the teachers with a beautiful quote “Use your memory do not allow your memory to use you”. In between the session various self-healing exercises were conducted which had a great impact on teachers. The spiritual cover the aura is essential to protect ourselves from the effect of any negativity around. Fr.Ivon guided the teachers about the important factors like depletion of energy. Teachers enthusiastically participated in the various activities conducted in the session
Self-healing exercises cure the body and mind in the best possible manner and moreover focus on improving the flow of energy through and around the body. The Vote of thanks was delivered by Miss Filomena. The session ended with a note that “meditation is medication”.
