On the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March. The students of Std IX under the supervision of Ms Sushma Poojary conducted a special assembly for the students of our school.
Through this assembly students were reminded to honour women working in different fields and celebrate their achievements. The assembly included praying for women all over the world and especially the women of our country. The skit gave a poignant message that each woman should understand her importance and should have courage to build her path to progress.
Sr. Victoria our Principal gave a special message on equality and highlighted that both men and women should be treated equally in the society. Indeed every person present for the assembly realised the role many women played in their life and felt grateful for their presence in his/her life.
