Christmas Celebration 2023.
The season of Christmas is a time of spreading Joy, Peace and Happiness as we
welcome the birth of Jesus Christ. It’s a time to pause and bask in the glory of
this festive season to acknowledge the spirit of caring and sharing. To celebrate
this festive spirit, the students of CJM school Kharghar organised the Christmas
celebration on 22nd December 2023 through a short programme. The
celebrations began with prayers and gratitude to thank the Almighty for all His
blessings. To keep the Spirit of Christmas alive, the less fortunate children were
invited to the school premises. Bus was arranged to bring them to the school.
They were warmly welcomed by all. Snacks and food items for family and gifts
were given to them by Supervisor Ms. Lorina and staff.
The message of Christmas was aptly depicted through a play presented by the
students of class IX. It reminded everyone that Christmas is all about caring for
others and sharing our blessings with the less privileged. A beautiful crib was
prepared. The programme included joyful Christmas carols, nativity and
charming dance performance. Each child radiated excitement and sincerity,
spreading a contagious joy among each and everyone.
The Christmas tableau depicting the birth of Christ was fabulously presented by
the students. The day was filled with laughter, warmth and positivity. Students
danced to the music on the school grounds. It was a great day of celebration and
merriment for the students on the last day of school before the winter vacation.
