To provide students a hand on experience of a fire station and to make them aware of the importance of fire safety, a trip to the fire station was arranged for the students of Class V & VI on 4th of August 2023.The students were briefed about how water is sprayed through the hose pipe to douse fire. A demo of how to use a fire extinguisher was also given where , students were taught to remember the acronym PASS which stood for Pull, Aim, Squeeze & Sweep in order to use the fire extinguisher when required during an emergency. The trip was indeed an immense learning and fun experience for the students.
