Kite Fiesta
Kite festival is an exciting festival celebrated with fun and fervour which
coincides with Makar Sankranti, a harvest festival.
Times NIE association with Seawoods Grand Central Mall organised “Kite
Fiesta” on Makar Sankranti.
All Times NIE member schools were invited to compete at the Times -NIE Kite
Collage Making Competition scheduled on 15th January 2024. The students of
std 5th and 6th for Junior category and std 7th and 8th for senior category
participated with great enthusiasm. They showcased their talents by
demonstrating their creativity in making different kinds of kites and adding
vibrant colours to it. It inculcated cultural values among the students. The
students had great fun. The sky over the venue was full of multi-coloured kites.
