A special assembly was conducted to mark the occasion of MAHARASHTRA DAY & LABOUR DAY. The programme began with flag hoisting by the Chief Guest Sr. Simlifer.
The programme began with a meaningful prayer service in Marathi to commemorate the feast of St. Joseph-the worker. This was followed by a musical skit, which highlighted the significance of the day and celebrated the festivals and traditions of Maharashtra.
The programme concluded with an inspiring message by Sr. Simlifer to be always proud of our state and of being a Maharashtrian and to keep alive the traditions no matter which state or country one might later go to. Sister also spoke about the importance of LABOUR DAY and thanked all the helpers and the staff for their dedicated service to the school.
