The peace of God allows us to look at others through heaven’s eyes and help guide the world to see God’s here and not-yet here kingdom.
A special assembly for second week of advent was held on 5th December 2022 by the students of Std XII. The theme for the assembly was ‘ Rejoice and welcome the Prince of peace’.
The assembly began with the lighting of the advent wreath by supervisor Ms Lorina Fernandes. This was followed by prayer service including a reading from.the gospel and a hymn dedicated to the prince of peace. During these days of intense preparation we were asking God to forgive our shortcomings and to renew our lives to welcome Christ in our hearts,family and school.
A skit depicting how the presence of Jesus brings comforting calmness and peace to ones life was performed. This was followed by the message on Advent by Principal Sr. Victoria.
“I am not afraid because I have the peace of Christ.”. This message was resonated and was an assuring hope for the students and staff.
