Teachers from Convent of Jesus and Mary (SSC &ICSE) attended a seminar on Eco Spirituality on 5th August, 2022 at St.Agnes school, Byculla.
The resource person Fr. Luke Rodrigues gave a thought provoking talk which led to teachers planning out short term and long term goals to protect and safeguard the planet Earth for the future generations.
It was an interactive session with teachers writing and sharing apology letters for the sins committed against the creation. Exercising the cosmic walk by Sr. Miriam Macgillis which highlighted the importance of 3R’s – of Eco Spirituality – Repentance, Relationship, Renewal.
Teachers shared their views on how they will participate and also encourage the students in taking care of mother Earth. It was an enriching experience to everyone who attended the seminar.
