Annual General Body Meeting (13th July 2024)
The 23rd Annual General Body Meeting of Convent of Jesus and Mary High School, Kharghar was held on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 at 8.00 am in the School Hall for the parents of class 6 to 10.
The meeting began with a prayer service followed by lighting of samai.
The speaker of the day was Mr. Amrendra Kumar Saha who addressed the parents on ” ‘How to be an effective parent.’ Sir gave an informative talk on how to understand the Child’s IQ as well as how to focus more on his/her EQ.
The PTA members of the year 2023-24 were felicitated for their selfless contribution to the Institution. The newly appointed PTA members for the year 2024-25 were welcomed and felicitated. Parents were also briefed about the Congregation of Jesus and Mary.
Sr. Sheron, the director of the SSC section addressed the parents and insisted on sharing a friendly relationship with their ward. With a proud feeling, Sister announced the S.S.C. toppers of the year 2023– 2024 and congratulated them. Sister also urged parents to connect with the child emotionally just as the school provides them with love and care following the virtues of Our Mother Foundress St.Claudine Thevenet.
The parents were briefed about the financial statement of the year 2023-24.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks.
