CPR Awareness Session for Teachers
A CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) awareness session was conducted by the management for the teaching staff to enhance their preparedness in handling medical emergencies within the school. The trainer explained that CPR is a life-saving technique used when a person’s heart stops beating or they stop breathing.
Through demonstrations and hands-on practice, the teachers learned how to identify an emergency, assess responsiveness, call for medical assistance, and perform the basic steps of CPR correctly. The session also emphasized the importance of remaining calm, acting promptly, and providing immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.
The training equipped the teachers with essential life-saving skills, boosting their confidence and readiness to respond effectively during emergency situations in the school environment.
