On the occasion of Maharashtra Day and Labour Day, the programme began with flag hoisting by Sir Dattatray along with the Sisters.
The event continued with a meaningful prayer service in Marathi to commemorate the feast of St. Joseph the Worker. This was followed by a speech and dance which highlighted the significance of the day and celebrated the festivals and traditions of Maharashtra.
The programme concluded with an inspiring message by Sir Dattatray, encouraging everyone to always be proud of our state and of being a Maharashtrian, and to keep our traditions alive no matter which state or country one might later go to. The programme ended with a vote of thanks.”
