As part of the Teachers’ Orientation Programme, an insightful seminar on “Nurturing a Culture of Care” was conducted by Rev. Father John Berchman. The session highlighted the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
Emphasizing the vital role of educators, Rev. Father John reminded teachers that empathy, encouragement, and meaningful relationships are key to a child’s holistic development and well-being.
The seminar concluded with a powerful message: “Every child deserves at least one adult who never gives up on them.” This serves as a guiding principle for educators committed to making a positive difference in the lives of their students.
